Designing for an Unusual Lot

This 10,000 square foot custom home was designed for a pie shape lot that sat for two decades because it was considered “unbuildable”. Our firm was able to not only design an outstanding custom home but also included one of the largest airplane hangars in the Spruce Creek development.

This house is nearing completion with Viscomi Construction at the helm. This is truly a One-of-a-Kind custom home.
