Tear down or renovate?

Before renovation:

This before photo reveals a typical one story ranch built in the 1960s. Not worth much in today’s market, except for one item… It was built on John Anderson Drive, on the inter coastal waterway.

Houses like this present a dilemma to the new move up professionals that want to be on the water, yet they either choose not to or cannot afford a total tear-down and rebuild.

Assuming the house has “good bones” after a thorough inspection, a good architect will program and create a new house from “good bones” analyzing the structure and geometry of the home and creating the revised floor plan to allow for open, naturally light and functional lifestyle design.

Our new photo shows the new look, the new feel and the new livability of a professional renovation. We work with our clients to create a functional and leisure oriented lifestyle within the budget requirements.

After renovation:

This home now reflects a value and a lifestyle that looks, lives, and shows the custom features found in today’s new custom market.

We have received many positive reactions from this project and if you are on the fence about a renovation, addition or a new home, “Be wise” and give our firm a call.
